We hope every customer gets what they are expecting! Just in case you are not satisfied with our product, we’ve made the return & refund process super easy.

We will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product (shipping fee excluded) if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Request return approval by contacting our customer service within 14 days of receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition.

 

How to return

Step 1: Please send us an email at [email protected] with your Order ID within 14 days upon receipt of your package. Please include the specific return reasons and photos for verification. The returns without prior approval from our Customer Service are not acceptable.

Step 2: Please find the return address and a return form to fill in, and go to a local post office and ship out the item(s) within 7 days upon receiving the return approval. Please email us the tracking number of your returned parcel.

Step 3: We need to check whether the returned package is undamaged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached after we receive it. After verification, we will process your refund immediately.

Step 4: Usually, it will take the bank 8-10 days to process your refund (the processing time depends on your payment method and the speed at which bank processes your refund).

Note*: Our dresses are all made to order, so we do not accept the kind of “buy-more-keep-one” shopping, and we do not offer exchange services for any items currently. Please understand that.

 

we highly suggest you refer to our own measuring guide and size chart to select the exact custom measurements or standard sizes when you place the order. The custom size dresses are specially made for you, which means no one else will be able to wear those dresses. So please double check your measurements before you place your order. EXCEPTIONS

All customized items do not qualify for return or exchange, and neither do gifts.

All returned products must be kept in their original condition.

Custom duty charged by your government will not be refunded.

Rush fee is non-refundable.

All personal care items (including lingerie, swimwear, etc.) are final sale. Due to hygiene issues, there are no returns/exchanges.

We are not liable for returned packages that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt along with tracking information.
